People often as me, what do we need to heal most now? Or, what is our biggest problem right now? The answers, of course, depend on where we are energetical as individuals, a nation, and a planet.

Have you looked at what's new in you recently? Think about it for a moment. When people ask you what's new, they are usually interested in what is new for you. They want to know what has changed in your outer world. But the better question is, "What’s new in you?” How have you changed in your inner world?

Please Call Me by My True Names is a poem by Thich Nhat Hanh. I had not read it in many years but a dear friend, Eileen Getches, recently brought it back to my attention. I am so glad that she sent it to me and I can share it with you. Maybe you know this poem and maybe it will be new to you. Either way, take it into your heart and know who you are.
