Our past lives

What If Everyone Remembered Their Past Lives?

What if everyone remembered some of their past lives? Not all, but a few? What if everyone remembered being every gender, race, nationality, religion, every economic class level they have experienced on this planet? If everyone remembered even a little of what it’s like to be the other guy, how could we change the world?

You have had hundreds of thousands of past lives

I have not done a formal past life regression because my memories come to me automatically in meditation when I need them. Hundreds of memories of other lives have helped me fully understand the human experience from almost every conceivable perspective. I remember being every sex; every race; multiple nationalities and religions; rich and poor; smart and challenged; tyrant and slave; strong and weak; and more.

This knowing has opened my heart to what others are going through, and why they believe and feel as they do. My understanding leads to compassion, allowing, and releasing all judgment. It is not that I do not still get frustrated. I see many things that are not loving, divine, or in alignment with the Divine Plan. However, I can observe them from the perspective of my soul instead of my lower-self and, in doing so, allow myself to heal.

We are not designed to remember all our cycles of reincarnation because it would take our focus off what we came to learn and do in this life. But knowing what we have experienced in other lives can lead to understandings that can change the world as we know it and leapfrog us toward healing our issues and knowing oneness.

Walk a hundred miles in their shoes

Everyone’s process does not work like mine. Perhaps you have had spontaneous memories of past lives or have had formal regressions. Maybe you have not had any of those experiences yet. However, the energy of those lives is in your cellular memory and can help you heal what blocks you from living as your divine self. Even if you cannot actively remember those experiences, you can take time to imagine walking in someone else’s shoes.

Holding compassion and understanding does not mean we will always agree with each other. But we must come to common ground to resolve differences without conflict. We must hold compassion and understanding to be able to fully forgive and we must fully forgive to know unconditional love. Overcoming judgment is not always easy but we know it is essential for our expansion into the light, our power, and our truth.

So, step up to the plate, remember or imagine what it’s like to be in the other person’s shoes, and heal yourself. Only through healing our own mirrors can we know ourselves as Source and stand in the full truth of who we are.

Love, Joy, and Blessings,

    1. It is so true, Sharon. Thanks for sharing. We need as much understanding and compassion as we can find within ourselves. Love!
